  2. You are safe.
  3. You didn’t sleep outside last night.
  4. You chose what to eat for breakfast.
  5. You chose what to wear this morning.
  6. You have an amazing brain that works without you knowing.
  7. You know someone who loves you.
  8. You have access to clean drinking water and medical care.
  9. You have access to the Internet.
  10. You can read.

Some might say you are extremely privileged and wealthy. Remember to notice what you do have, it’s so easy to take it for granted.
